Experiential therapy

Spaces where the body, movement, pleasure, and relationships become channels for exploration, integration, and healing.

Experiential therapy from the body, alternatives or complements to traditional talk therapy.

Feel. Integrate. Transform.

Not all wounds can be described in words.

Not all processes take place in the mind. These experiences are designed as unconventional therapeutic spaces, where we work with the body, movement, contact, and feeling.

They are alternatives (or complements) to verbal therapy, allowing us to delve deeper into emotional experiences in an embodied, relational, and creative way.

The focus is on developing presence and awareness, from the inside out and vice versa, with the body as the portal, compass, and home of our transformation.

Pleasure, far from being superficial, is a profound ally.

It guides us toward the present, toward authentic feeling, toward a more embodied and free way of life.
