Through in-depth support with:

IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy

Psychosomatic approach and somatic techniques

If you are not familiar with these wonderful and effective tools, I will introduce them to you below:

IFS (Internal Family System) Therapy:

IFS Therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy model created by Richard Schwartz. It is a deeply transformative tool based on three key principles:

1. Multiplicity of the mind

We all have different internal subpersonalities, called Parts. For example: “Part of me wants to stay in this relationship, and another part doesn't.” Each part has a positive intention, even though the way it expresses itself sometimes causes us conflict or suffering.

2. Systemic thinking

Our inner world functions as a system in constant interaction, like an internal family. The parts relate to each other, protect each other, clash with each other, and silence each other. By getting to know them, we can harmonize that internal system.

3. Spirituality and Self

At the center of each person dwells an inner essence: the Self. That center is neither damaged nor broken. It is made of calm, confidence, compassion, courage, curiosity, connection, clarity, and creativity. It is from there that we can see, understand, and heal.

How do we work with IFS?

Through guided meditations and safe accompaniment, we find your protective and wounded parts and work with them from the Self. The process is one of acceptance, emotional release, liberation, and internal reconciliation. What emerges is a more harmonious internal system, at peace, and with a greater capacity to enjoy life fully.

Somatic Therapy:

Unlike traditional therapy, which focuses on words,

somatic therapy recognizes the body as a fundamental channel of memory and transformation.

The body stores emotions, experiences, and traumas that often cannot be put into words.

It is also a compass that tells us what needs to be addressed.

Some tools I use:

Conscious breathing: to calm, activate, or enter deep meditative states.

Mindful movement: to unblock stagnant energies, allow parts to express themselves, and reconnect with the body.

Body awareness: reconnect with your being in the world through sensation, not just thought.

Therapeutic touch: careful and conscious touch can generate security and release deep emotions. One of the techniques I use is Havening, a self-massage that helps process traumatic memories and reduce anxiety.
